Here is how to get back in
Security questions no longer reset a password. They protect an account
with something other people already know.
If you are a member of staff
Ask your factory admin or owner. They can set you a new password from
Users in a few seconds, and you will choose your own when you next sign in.
If you are the owner or admin
Use Email me a reset link. The link
goes to the email address on your factory's account and is valid for one hour.
If you no longer have that address, contact TradeFlow support.
